Signage around the building confusing!!! Emergency protocols need to be clearer during unexpected power outages!!! Parking lot visibility after dark could definitely improve!!! A little more attention to detail wouldn't hurt!!!

Couple getaway not perfect
The check in experience was rather frustrating. Once we finally got into our first room, it was a relief to see it was clean and the kitchen setup was a bonus for late night snacks. We tried to make the best of it despite the stress.
It wasn’t the cheapest stay but honestly, we expected better service for what we paid.
